MODEL ECONOMIC TOWNSHIP is planned as a self-sufficient township addressing the residential and social infrastructure needs of the proposed economic development infrastructure.

The urban areas of Gurgaon city, Najafgarh in Delhi, Bahadurgarh and Jhajjar town can adequately meet the immediate residential and social infrastructure requirements of the MODEL ECONOMIC TOWNSHIP developments. Gurgaon city hosts some of the best hospitals, hotels and other urban facilities in the region.
The MODEL ECONOMIC TOWNSHIP project includes 22 villages in its identified area.
